Peacefully on Monday, August 10, 2026 at the age of 75, Beate Rinke passed in the comfort of her own home with family at her side. She will be remembered lovingly by her daughter, Laura, and the many close friends she made through her church. As a retired veterinarian, Bea spent her career caring for animals, but her compassion extended far beyond her work. She had a love of travel and embraced living in various places throughout her life.
In keeping with Bea’s wishes, a funeral service will be held at Westview Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 709 Wonderland Road North, London on Thursday, August 20, 2026, beginning at 12:00 p.m., followed immediately by a reception at Westview. Following the reception, interment will be at St. Peter’s Cemetery, 806 Victoria Street, London. For those unable to join the service in person, the service will be livestreamed.
