It is with heavy hearts the family announces that Jane died suddenly at home on Saturday, May 16, 2026 in her 80th year.
Jane McCrae of Wasaga Beach, was the beloved wife of Robert “Bob” McCrae for 60 years. Loving mother of John and Heather. Cherished grandmother of Janelle, Jaidyn, Liyah, Tristen and treasured great-grandmother of Arianna. Dear sister of Betty, Sandra and Phillip. Fondly remembered by her extended family and friends.
Friends are invited to join Jane’s family at the Carruthers & Davidson – Wasaga Beach Chapel, 509 River Road West, Wasaga Beach on Friday, May 22, 2026 for visitation from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at 10 o’clock with interment at Wasaga Beach Cemetery, 610 Sunnidale Road South, Wasaga Beach to follow. If desired, donations in memory of Jane to MS Canada would be greatly appreciated by her family.
