stephen kyle oshawa on obituary

Passed away peacefully with family by his side at Oakridge’s Hospice on Monday June 29, 2026 at the age of 57 years. Beloved spouse of Suzanne for 30 years. Loving and proud father of Matthew and Mackenzie.

Will be missed by his beloved fur baby (Hudson). Dear brother of Rick. Son of the late Gordon and Adelle. Will be missed by his father-in-law Henri Ladouceur (late Denise), his sister-in-law Joanne (Rick), and his aunts and uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.

Stephen Kyle had a unique talent and understanding how things worked. He could fix anything even if others thought it was beyond repair. He was the person you reached out to when you needed a special tool made, a repair direction or just simple advise. He was a mentor to other technicians and apprentices. He had a reputation of problem solving broken vehicles that had others stumped. Steve took immense pride in his work, and was a master of his craft.

He was deeply proud of his kids, and will be sadly missed by his Marigold Family where he dedicated 40 years of his career.

Special thank you to our many friends that supported the family during this past year. And to all the staff and volunteers at Oakridge’s Hospice that helped us through the last month with Steve.

A celebration of life will take place at a later date and time.

If desired, donations may be made to Oakridge’s Hospice.
